Focus: AI-Assisted Website Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Web Production

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing reactive and proactive maintenance for existing web clients using AI-assisted development workflows
• Implement webpage layout, content and design updates
• Update websites, CMS platforms, themes and plugins
• Diagnose site problems, bugs and quality issues, using AI to investigate and critical thinking to isolate the root cause
• Review, test and verify all AI-generated code before it is deployed to a live site
• Ensure every change is mobile responsive, ADA compliant and secure
• Determine technical requirements for maintenance requests and web production tasks
• Write clear, well-structured prompts that produce accurate, high-quality AI output
• Monitor client website health, performance, forms and uptime
• Escalate complex application development and architecture needs to the senior development team
• Communicate task status clearly with brand management and marketing management account teams
• Stay current on AI-assisted development tools and help improve TouchStone’s AI workflows and best practices

Experience & Skillsets Required

• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, enough to read, understand and evaluate code
• Strong critical thinking and debugging skills, including the ability to form a hypothesis, test it and verify the fix
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar to complete real work
• An understanding of how websites work, including browsers, hosting, DNS and content management systems
• Comfort using browser developer tools to inspect and troubleshoot pages
• A quality-first mindset, with careful review and testing before anything reaches a live site
• Clear communication skills
